1.Exceptasprovidedinsubsection2, apersonwho, inpersonorbyanagentoremployee,
willfully violates any requirement of this chapter shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor.
2.A person in violation of section 194.3A is subject to the same civil penalty as applied to
that person as provided in section 192.113.
