Text
The department may prescribe and establish standards for oleo, oleomargarine, or
margarine manufactured or sold in this state and may adopt the standards set up by
regulations of the food and drug administration of the United States department of health
and human services, 21 C.F.R. §166.110, or any amendments thereto. Any standards so
established shall not be contrary to or inconsistent with the provisions of section 190.1,
subsection 6, entitled “Oleomargarine”.
