Text
1.Each director of the board shall receive a per diem of one hundred dollars and actual
expenses in performing official board functions, notwithstanding section 7E.6.
2.Adirectoroftheboardshallnotbeasalariedemployeeoftheboardoranyorganization
or agency which is receiving funds from the board.
3.The board shall meet at such times as deemed necessary by the board.
