Text
Neither commissioners, nor employees of the commission, shall attempt in any manner
to influence legislation affecting any matters pertaining to the activities of the commission.
No portion of the dairy industry fund shall be used in any manner to influence legislation or
support any political candidate for public office, either directly or indirectly, or to support any
political party.
