Text
Except as otherwise provided, any person who shall violate or aid in the violation of
any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a simple misdemeanor. All
prosecutions for alleged violations of the provisions of this chapter shall be by the county
attorney of the county in which such alleged violation occurred and shall be instituted and
conducted under the direction and authority of the attorney general of the state.
