Text
1.A member of the board shall not disclose information relating to the following:
a.Criminal history or prior misconduct of the applicant.
b.Information relating to the contents of the examination.
c.Information relating to the examination results other than final score except for
information about the results of an examination which is given to the person who took the
examination.
2.A member of the board who willfully communicates or seeks to communicate
information in violation of subsection 1, and any person who willfully requests, obtains, or
seekstoobtainsuchinformation, isguiltyofasimplemisdemeanorforeachseparateoffense.
