Text
Any action for professional negligence against an individual licensed under this chapter
resulting in damage to property shall not be brought more than two years after the date on
which the claimant knew, or through the use of reasonable diligence should have known, or
receivednoticeinwritingoftheexistenceof, theinjuryforwhichdamagesweresoughtinthe
action, whichever of the dates occurs first. For purposes of this section, “property” includes
an animal.
