Text
1.A graduate from a foreign college of veterinary medicine shall only perform tasks
associated with providing authorized veterinary medical services to an animal patient under
the supervision determined by the supervising veterinarian.
2.Asupervisingveterinarianshalldecidethespecifictasksdelegatedtoagraduatefroma
foreign college of veterinary medicine who is not a licensed veterinarian or temporary permit
holder and provide the required supervision pursuant to section 169.32 and the rules adopted
by the board.
