Text
1.A person shall not use any recognized title, abbreviation, or sign to indicate that such
person is a registered veterinary technician unless that person is an individual who has been
issued a certificate of registration pursuant to section 169.34.
2.A person who violates subsection 1 commits a simple misdemeanor.
