Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, or any rule of the department, or
who shall hinder or attempt to hinder the department or any duly authorized agent or official
thereofinthedischargeofthatperson’sduty,shallbefinedinasumnotlessthanonehundred
dollars nor more than five hundred dollars.
