Text
Every person, before engaging as a manufacturer of, or dealer in, biological products shall
obtain from the department a permit for that purpose and shall be required to have a separate
permit for each place of business. A pharmacy licensed under chapter 155A shall not be
required to obtain a dealer’s permit to deal in biological products.
