Text
Fees for permits shall be paid by the manufacturer or dealer to the department when the application for such permit is made and shall be:
1.In case of a manufacturer, twenty-five dollars for each plant at which it is proposed to
manufacture biological products.
2.In case of a dealer, five dollars for each place of business, warehouse or distributing
agency of the dealer.
