Text
The licensee shall maintain records of each lease of a breeding bull. The records shall
contain the name and address of the person to whom a breeding bull is leased, the date of
each lease, and a description and the identification number of the breeding bull involved. A
lessee or any agent of the department shall have the right to inspect, upon demand to the
licensee, those records concerning the bull presently being leased by the lessee.
