Text
An animal, other than an animal to be moved for immediate slaughter, shall be inspected
whenrequiredbythedepartment,andaccompaniedbythecertificateofveterinaryinspection
provided in section 163.12 when moved from a point in this state to another point within the
state where federal inspection is not maintained.
