Text
The department shall issue to each licensee a tag or an identifying mark if the lessor
desires this method of identification, for each breeding bull to be leased by the licensee.
Each tag or identifying mark shall have an identification number which shall be a permanent
identification number for such breeding bull and, upon disposition of such animal, the
licensee shall notify the department of such disposition and the name and address of the
buyer if such animal is sold. When an additional breeding bull to be leased is acquired by a
licensee, the department shall issue a tag or approve an identifying mark for such animal
without fee. The tag or identifying mark shall be permanently attached to the breeding bull.
