Text
1.A person shall not engage in the business of leasing a breeding bull without having
obtained a license issued by the department and registering each breeding bull with the
department as provided in section 163.42. The license may be obtained upon completing an
application for approval by the department. The license fee is twenty dollars. The license
shall expire on the first day of the second July following the date of issue.
2.An application for a license shall be made on a form provided by the department and
shall contain the name of the person engaged in the business of leasing breeding bulls as
lessor, the address of such business, the registration number of each breeding bull, and a
description as to breed, color and other distinguishing marks, leased as lessor, and such other
