Text
As used in this subchapter:
1.“Breeding bull” means a male animal of dairy or beef bovine genus used for breeding
purposes.
2.“Lease” when used as a verb means to physically deliver a breeding bull pursuant to a
lease agreement.
3.“Licensee” means a person required to obtain a license pursuant to section 163.41.
