In addition to any other provisions of this chapter and for the purpose of acquiring,
constructing, equipping, enlarging, or improving a hospital building or any part of a hospital
building, merged areas may issue revenue bonds and the board has all the powers and
duties of a county board of supervisors as provided in chapter 331, subchapter IV, part 4,
and section 347A.3.
