Taxes for the payment of bonds issued under section 145A.17 shall be levied in accordance
withchapter76andinthesameproportionasprovidedinsection145A.14. Anyindebtedness
incurredshallnotbeconsideredanindebtednessincurredforgeneralandordinarypurposes.
