Text
1.The dead bodies delivered under this chapter shall be used only within the limits of this
state for the purpose of scientific, medical, and surgical study, and no person shall remove
the same beyond the limits of this state or in any manner traffic therein. Any person who
shall violate this section shall be guilty of a serious misdemeanor.
2.This section shall not apply to bodies given under authority of the revised uniform
anatomical gift Act as provided in chapter 142C.
