Any physician or member of the instructional staff of any college or school who uses, or permits others under the physician’s or member’s charge to use the dead body of a human beingforthepurposeofmedicalorsurgicalstudywithouttherecordrequiredinsection142.6 having been made, or who shall refuse to allow any peace officer or relative of the deceased to inspect said record or body, shall be guilty of a serious misdemeanor.
