Text
(a)The commission shall have the power to hold title to any residential housing project or stable housing accountability program financed by it, but it shall not be required to do so.
(b)The commission shall have the power to foreclose on any mortgage or security interest in default and to commence any action to protect or enforce any right conferred upon it by any law, mortgage, security agreement, deed of trust, deed to secure debt, contract, or other agreement; to bid for and purchase property which was the subject of such mortgage or security interest at any foreclosure or at any other sale; to accept a deed in lieu of foreclosure; to acquire or take possession of such property; and to exercise any and all rights as provided by law or contract for the benefit or protection of the com
