(a)(1) It shall be unlawful for any person to offer for sale or to sell any subdivided land to any person in this state unless such offering complies with this article or is exempt under Code Section 44-3-4 . Any person offering to sell any subdivided land shall provide each prospective purchaser a property report containing the following:
(A)Information about the subdivider to include the name, street address, form of organization, and telephone number of the subdivider; the state or foreign jurisdiction in which the subdivider is organized and the date of organization; a statement of authorization to do business in this state, if the subdivider is a foreign corporation; the name and address of the subdivider's resident agent; the name and address of the person to whom correspondence co
