The following is prescribed as the form of process to be attached to the petition: IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF __________________ COUNTY STATE OF GEORGIA To the sheriffs of said state and their lawful deputies: The respondents __________________ and all other persons whom it may concern are required to show cause before said court, on the __________________ day of __________________, __________________, (not less than 40 nor more than 50 days from date of process) why the prayers of the foregoing petition should not be granted, and why the court should not proceed to judgment in such cause.
