Text

The council shall have the power and duty to:

(1)Annually review and approve award grants recommended by the department;

(2)Review and approve rules and regulations promulgated by the department for administration of the program; and (3) Review the outcomes of the program and recommend to the department changes in program administration or rules to ensure the success of the program.
