As used in this chapter:

(1)"Drug" means a drug or biologic that is used in an antineoplastic regimen.

(2)"Insurance policy" means an individual accident and sickness policy of insurance issued pursuant to Chapter 29 of this title or a group accident and sickness insurance policy issued pursuant to Chapter 30 of this title.

(3)"Standard reference compendium" means any of the following:

(A)The United States Pharmacopeia Drug Information;

(B)The American Medical Association Drug Evaluations;

(C)The American Hospital Formulary Service Drug Information.
