Text
(a)Notice of the maximum amount of a group premium increase shall be mailed or delivered to the group policyholder and to each employer group or subgroup insured under the group policy not less than 60 days prior to the effective date of the premium increase.
(b)The commissioner of community health shall also provide notice to each person covered under the health insurance plans established pursuant to Article 1 of Chapter 18 of Title 45 when any premium increase occurs of how much of such increase is attributable to the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
