Text
On or before March 1 in each year after it shall have commenced to do business pursuant to a certificate of authority, every insurer shall make and file with the Commissioner a report of its affairs and operations during the year ending on December 31 of the preceding year. This annual report shall be made in such form and contain such information as the Commissioner may prescribe by regulation from time to time and may require in protecting the public interest, the interest of the policyholders of any insurer, and the interest of the investors in the securities issued by any insurer.
