Text
(a)This article shall be known and may be cited as the "Georgia Long-term Care Background Check Program." (b) The purpose of this article is to establish the minimum standards for the Georgia Long-term Care Background Check Program for conducting criminal background checks of owners, applicants for employment, and direct access employees at certain facilities.
