Text
Any poll officer who willfully:
(1)Fails to file the voter's certificate of any elector actually voting at any primary or election;
(2)Fails to record voting information as required by this chapter; or (3) Fails to insert in the numbered list of voters the name of any person actually voting shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
