§ 21-2-105 — Local election official defined

Georgia·Title 21

As used in this part, the term "local election official" means:

(1)A county board of elections or a county board of elections and registration established pursuant to Code Section 21-2-40 or 21-2-40.1; or (2) A municipal election superintendent.
