Text
The department shall submit to the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives by October 1 of each year a report concerning the production, distribution, and regulation of commercial feed and feedstuff in the state. The report shall include, but not be limited to, information concerning the number of laboratories certified by the department, the results of the analyses reported by certified laboratories, the number of registrants exempt from the certified laboratory testing requirements, the number and subject matter of consumer complaints concerning commercial feed, the total amount of fees and penalties by type collected by the department, and the costs, including indirect costs, incurred by the department from the operation of the feed regulatory program.
