Text
Any person violating any of the provisions of s. 567.13 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083; provided, that any person who shall have been convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of s. 567.13 and shall thereafter be convicted of a further violation of any of said provisions, shall be guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
