Text
The department shall license candidates upon graduation from the Cosmetology Division of the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind. The department shall, by rule, provide fees for licenses issued to candidates from the Cosmetology Division of the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind and shall also provide, by rule, for the type of licenses to be issued and for any required applications.
