Text
It is unlawful for any owner, operator, or supplier to pump or otherwise deposit any motor fuel into a tank required to be registered under s. 376.303 unless proof of valid registration is displayed on such tank itself or the dispensing or measuring device connected thereto or, where appropriate, in the office or kiosk of the facility where the tank is located. The department shall enforce the provisions of this section pursuant to this chapter. The department may enter into an interagency agreement with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to enforce the provisions of this section.
