Airport security plans of an aviation authority created by act of the Legislature or of an aviation department of a county or municipality which operates an international airport are exempt from provisions of s. 119.07(1) and s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution. In addition, photographs, maps, blueprints, drawings, and similar materials that depict critical airport operating facilities are exempt from the provisions of s. 119.07(1) and s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution, to the extent that an aviation authority created by act of the Legislature or an aviation department of a county or municipality which operates an airport reasonably determines that such items contain information that is not generally known and that could jeopardize the security of the airport; however, info
