Text

This chapter shall not repeal any other statute relating to the subject matter hereof, but shall be deemed to provide a supplemental, additional and alternative method of enforcement of tax liens and special assessments for the benefit of all incorporated cities or towns of the state of Florida, whether organized under special act or general laws, and shall be liberally construed to effectuate its purpose.
