Any person interested in any lands included in the suit may redeem such lands at any time prior to the sale thereof by the special magistrate by paying into the registry of the court the amount due for delinquent taxes, interest and penalties thereon, and such proportionate part of the expense, attorney’s fees, and costs of suit as may have been fixed by the court in its decree of sale, or by written stipulation of complainant, and thereupon such lands shall be dismissed from the cause.
