Text

The Department of Education shall establish a committee of practitioners pursuant to federal requirements of the Every Student Succeeds Act of 2015. The committee members shall be appointed by the Commissioner of Education. The committee shall meet regularly and is authorized to review potential rules and policies that will be considered by the State Board of Education.
