Text
As authorized by and consistent with funding appropriated in the General Appropriations Act, the Safer, Smarter Schools Program is created to implement the revised Health Education standards established pursuant to s. 1003.42(2). The program shall provide students and educators with a comprehensive personal safety curriculum that helps students attain the protective principles to remain safe from abuse and exploitation.
