§ 8213 — Court jurisdiction

Delaware·Title 3·Part Domestic and Foreign Animals, Birds, Reptiles and Insects·Ch. 82 RABIES CONTROL IN ANIMAL AND HUMAN POPULATIONS

Justices of the peace shall have jurisdiction of all offenses under this chapter.
