§ 8205 — Prohibition of vaccination of certain animals for rabies

Delaware·Title 3·Part Domestic and Foreign Animals, Birds, Reptiles and Insects·Ch. 82 RABIES CONTROL IN ANIMAL AND HUMAN POPULATIONS
(a)No licensed veterinarian or other person may vaccinate a native wild mammal, native wild animal hybrid, exotic mammal, or exotic mammal hybrid with a rabies vaccine not intended for use in that animal, except when specifically approved by the Department.
(b)Anyone violating this section shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $250.
