After inspection of infected bees, equipment or appliances, the State Apiarist or inspector shall take such measures as shall prevent the spread of the disease by infected material adhering to the State Apiarist's or inspector's person or clothing or to any equipment or appliances used by the State Apiarist or inspector which may have come in contact with infected material.
