Delaware·Title 24·Ch. 25 Pharmacy [Effective until June 30, 2026].·Subch. Pharmaceutical Establishments Other Than Pharmacies [Effective June 30, 2026].
A person aggrieved by a board decision made pursuant to this subchapter has the substantive and procedural rights to notice, hearing, and appeal described in the Administrative Procedures Act, Chapter 101 of Title 29.
