Text

(a)An individual may not, in this State, engage in the practice of pharmacy or hold oneself out to the public as being qualified to practice pharmacy, or use in connection with that individual’s own name, or otherwise assume or use, a title or description conveying or tending to convey the impression that the individual is qualified to practice pharmacy, except as provided in this chapter.
(b)No individual who has not been issued a certificate as a pharmacist or who is not a pharmacy intern, or a pharmacy student participating in an approved college of pharmacy coordinated practical experience program under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist, within the meaning of this chapter, may certify a prescription, perform drug utilization reviews, provide drug information requiring
