§ 2505 — Records [Effective June 30, 2026]

The Division must keep complete records relating to meetings of the Board, examinations, rosters of licensees, changes and additions to the Board’s rules and regulations, complaints, hearings, and other matters as the Board determines. Records kept in accord with this section are prima facie evidence of the proceedings of the Board.
