§ 2011 — Reciprocity

Delaware·Title 24·Ch. 20 OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY·Subch. License

Upon payment of the appropriate fee and submission and acceptance of a written application on forms provided by the Board, the Board shall grant a license to each applicant who presents proof of current licensure in good standing in another state, the District of Columbia, or territory of the United States, and who meets all of the following criteria:

(1)Has a license in good standing as defined in § 2008(a)(4)-
(6)of this title.
(2)Has achieved the passing score on all parts of the written, standardized examination administered by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc., or its successor.
