§ 2010 — Foreign-trained applicants

In addition to the requirements of § 2008 of this title, a foreign-trained applicant is eligible for licensure as an occupational therapist or as an occupational therapy assistant after submitting to the Board satisfactory evidence of graduation from a school offering a program in occupational therapy or occupational therapy assistant which has been approved for the educational preparation of occupational therapists or occupational therapy assistants by the appropriate accrediting agency recognized by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc., or its successor.
