Text

For purposes of this chapter:

(1)“Developer” means an individual; corporation; business trust; estate trust; partnership; limited liability company; association; joint venture; government; governmental subdivision, agency, or instrumentality; public corporation; or any other legal or commercial entity that constructs a single-family or multi-family residential dwelling.
(2)a. “Electric vehicle” means an automotive-type vehicle for on-road use primarily powered by an electric motor that draws current from an onboard battery charged through a building electrical service, electric vehicle supply equipment, or another source of electric current. b. “Electric vehicle” includes all of the following: 1.
