Text
An unemployed individual shall be eligible to receive benefits with respect to any week only if it has been found by the Director:
(1)That he has made a claim for benefits with respect to such week;
(2)That he has during his base period been paid wages for employment by employers equal to those required by subsection (c) of § 51-107 ;
(3)That he is physically able to work;
(A)That he is available for work and has registered and inquired for work at the employment office designated by the Director, with such frequency and in such manner as the Director may by regulation prescribe; provided, that failure to comply with this condition may be excused by the Director upon a showing of good cause for such failure; and the Director may by regulation waive or alter the requirements of th
